Independent research into long-horizon portfolio management.

Neto Ventures is an independent research project. It studies how to do a narrow thing well: build concentrated, long-horizon portfolios, and think carefully about allocation and risk over years, not quarters. No product distribution, no commissions, no short-term benchmarks.

What we research

Portfolio research

Concentrated strategies for results measured in years. Every line of a portfolio explainable. Every position sized for how sure the analysis actually is.

Incentives research

What independent financial advice looks like when it is aligned strictly with the investor — no product shelf to push, no kickbacks of any kind.

Research and letters

Letters and occasional longer studies. The reasoning in public. Written to hold up when re-read in five years.

Working principles

The principles this research works from.

Independence.
No product to sell, no commissions, no distribution deals. The research is not written to promote any security or provider.
Plain language.
Every idea explained in language a non-specialist can follow. No cherry-picked windows or flattering benchmarks.
Long horizons.
The focus is on strategies meant to be held for years, and on the patience that requires.
Conservative disclosure.
We say what we know, flag what we do not, and never claim an edge we cannot document. When a view changes, the earlier version stays on the record.
